Mr. Skinner is a Senior culturally competent Healthcare and Social Work Professional with years of experience and expertise in mental health, substance use disorders, HIV/AIDS and other co-occurring conditions. Mr. Skinner has coordinated training and technical assistance as a government contractor using Webinars and other adult learning methods for the enhancement of community-based program development and capacity expansion. Mr. Skinner has worked with numerous target populations including children and families, older adults, and sexual minorities. He has managed volunteer initiatives, assisted in fundraising and participated on Community Advisory Boards as an advocate for the underserved. Mr. Skinner has participate as a Social Work manager and focus group moderator on a number of government funded research and demonstration projects and has hospital and health care experience, having previously been a Registered Nurse. Mr. Skinner is a Masters level Clinical Social Worker licensed in the District of Columbia and Maryland and is approved as a Social Work Supervisor by the Maryland Board of Social Work Examiners.
