In my research role, I developed pattern recognition software for particle tracking in the ALPHA-g anti-hydrogen detection simulation. In my teaching role, I taught lab groups and marked assignments on mechanics, electricity and magnetism, special relativity and modern physics, light and sound, and the science and technology of music.

I operated and monitored ALPHA (the Antihydrogen Laser PHysics Apparatus), analyzed data, and developed new analysis tools using C++.

As the social coordinator for the college's student council, my primary role was to encourage social connection among STEM students and other members of the university by planning events throughout the school year. Highlights included the annual banquet and dance, an open mic night during orientation week, and a gaming tournament planned collaboratively with Guelph's Electronic Gaming Organization.My secondary role was to sit on the Student Risk Management committee. Together, we reviewed event proposals from university student associations to ensure that event organizers had properly accounted for the health and safety of attendees.

Wild Ontario is a volunteer-based organization that takes in rehabilitated birds of prey that cannot be released into the wild due to chronic physical and/or psychological limitations.Small groups of handlers care for these birds daily - this includes feeding, health checks, cleaning enclosures, building trust, training, and countless other small tasks. Aside from maintaining their physical and psychological wellbeing, handlers also present these birds to the public as part of an educational program that aims to foster appreciation for and encourage appropriate interactions with wildlife.
