Lead the coordination, development, and evolvement of Tampa Electric Company facility, located in Mulberry, Florida, a level 4 E&I IMS for a 700 million dollar EPC electrical power generating facility conversion project schedule. Developed project conversion work consisted of five simple cycle operation to a four-on-one combined cycle, plus a large stand along base load single cycle operation.
