Integrated master schedules (IMS) and Integrated Programs Schedules (IPS) provided labor costs, component fabrication & completed assembly timing requirements, facility construction durations, and financial costs analysis (EVMS) to manage projects within contractual requirements on multiple simultaneous projects. Developed review of contractor contract cost claims and time extensions requests, negotiated resolution of contractor cost claims and time extensions. Provided project controls management, supervision, and oversight to general, sub contractors, material vendors, planning and scheduling personnel heightened assurance scheduling information was accurate, timely, and meaningful.Extensive engineering design, project/construction management, project scheduling, project construction controls management, and cost controls in a variety of industries.
