Coordinated and supported the design and development of e-learning resource development products and services to support the CST and Blended Learning teams using Moodle. One of a small team that provided training and assessment services designed to meet the workforce development needs of the Defence Force School of Signals (DFSS). Embedded flexible delivery options, in course delivery using sound knowledge of AQF and educational design in the development of innovative, engaging, and effective blended learning courseware, assessment material, and learning technologies, to cater for delivery in-house, online, or off-site. Managed a team of 20 instructional designers, SMEs, Content writers and developers in the development of Online and offline learning and assessment materials Diplomas in Business, Hospitality, events, Tourism, Project management. Wrote and developed accredited and non-accredited training materials and programs for six national Registered Training Organizations within the group, alongside materials for external clients including Australian Institute of Management and Flight center. Wrote both soft and hard skills courses, and learning materials, to meet a range of learning styles, for in-house use, and external client groups. Contributed to the successful audit preparation and reregistering of all three of the enterprises registered training organizations.

This year I completed a Double Diploma to hone my skills in Instructional designed and training.The Diploma of Vocational Education and Training (TAE50111) is beneficial to trainers and assessors within the VET industry as well as other providers of training. The course builds on practitioner experience by extending leadership and management skills and in so doing provides a pathway for the continuing professional and career development of VET practitioners. The Diploma of Training Design and Development (TAE 50211) is of value to those currently designing training as well as future designers of training. The course delivers specialised theoretical knowledge and technical skills and provides a development pathway for those looking to specialise in training development and instructional design.

Law research and software user training. Presenting to senior level decision makers - Australian and global law, advisory, tax and accounting, corporate finance, banking, insurance and HR firms. One on one training, class room training, theatre style training and finally seminar training up to 600 people for client conferences. Presenting to; magistrates, barristers, managing partners, partners, lawyers, senior accountants, accountants, consultants, HR professionals and OHS professionals. Excellent online training experience; Webex and InterCall. Development of training materials; online flash tutorials. printed manuals, brainsharks, cheat sheets, youtube tutorials, even cheater cheat sheets!

As a senior trainer in the Registered Training organisation “STARS” at Salmat James wrote and delivered both government accredited and corporate training to internal and external clients Australia wide. He was also responsible for coordinating, managing and rostering in excess of 500 staff into required training program, and the maintaining records and communications. James Co-wrote, developed and delivered a trainer Mentor program delivering some units of the former Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training (BSZ40198) to non certified business unit trainers.

I managed a wide variety of concurrent projects across the Customer Servicing Area Including, internal and external communications, Web site presence and support, new Software platform development resourcing, managing the capture, analysis and improvement of processes, and the management and provisioning for the relocation of 300 staff during a re-structure.
