Merge and/or Delete duplicate customer and contact recordsPersonally added over 21,500 new contacts to our database in 2018.Infobox (Company mailbox) - maintenance of all incoming website emails (customers and trainers), properly update or add necessary information and submit to proper parties for follow throughUndeliverables - maintain folder (mark true undeliverables in tracker, assess questionable addresses and make necessary updates)Market Imports (via show lists, journals, lead vendors) – Process includes list review, pre-export clean-up, creation of the import template, post-template clean-up, actual importation, summary notification, updating of the import spreadsheet, and saving the file to the public folder.Project support - (trainer status updates, population of information from excel sheets to profiles within project, other miscellaneous support as requested)Summary distributions - recording all database activity in proper spreadsheets for tracking purposes and sending completed task summaries to departmental manager.Responsible for all trade show logisticsPC/Desktop Proficiencies: MS Dynamics 365, SalesFusion, Tracker, Windows 7, MS Office (2010, 2007, 2003), QuickBooks Pro, Adobe PhotoShop, Act and Adobe Acobat.
