I seek a role in stormwater management and water engineering, or active and public transport planning. My Engineering studies included a focus on hydrology and Water Sensitive Urban Design and this is where I began my Engineering career. I am looking for an opportunity to realign my career to my values, delivering better, more sustainable city environments and applying my broad and varied experiences to a new role and workplace where I can make a positive difference.I have worked in engineering design of road and drainage, transport network planning, data analysis and traffic engineering. Through this range of roles I have worked among multi-disciplinary Engineering teams, collaborating with Architects, Landscape Designers, Urban Planners and State and Local Government authorities, developing a range of key, transferable skills. In my most recent role I had the opportunity to build my leadership abilities, mentoring junior staff and generating new client relationships, and work on my understanding and proficiency in project management, resource allocation, and commercial management, improving team and project performance.I have worked on projects ranging from small residential developments to 35-storey, mixed-use developments and adaptive reuse of existing towers. Planning of major social infrastructure including new schools and hospitals, and redevelopment of a major cultural precinct.
