I am a bachelors (honors) degree qualified engineer, with over 10 years working in the field of manufacturing engineering. This includes over 8 years in the highly regulated medical device industry, where I have considerable experience in medical device manufacturing processes, including injection molding, extrusion, assembly and automation. I have also worked in operations engineering support in order to address production line stoppages and bottle-necks, and to reduce downtime and increase efficiency. I have implemented continuous improvement projects to improve production processes with the use of the engineering business tools listed below.I have also obtained excellent experience working with cross-functional teams, with representatives for departments such as Engineering, Maintenance, Facilities, Finance, Tooling, Quality and Metrology.I am friendly and a strong team player.
