Our team’s highest priority is to provide services to mitigate the harmful effects of job stress utilizing on scene support, defusing, debriefings, and a one on one peer-to-peer support. The team will maintain confidentiality and respect the feelings of all individuals involved. It is not the function of the team to replace on-going professional counseling, but to provide immediate crisis intervention.
