Created efficiencies to the training program effectively reducing the training program from 4 weeks to 3. Implemented the MicroStrategy reporting tool and was the subject matter expert on system development for Canada. Responsible for all prepayment requests. Reconciling the accounts payable accounts for aged receipts and prepayments and provided documentation for SOX audits. Partnered with Floor Ready and Logistics to implement reporting on all shortages for each DC that identifies trends and potential pilfering as well as vendor shipping issues. Collaborated with multiple areas including the DC’s, NQC, MI and Finance to track high volume disputes to provide a synopsis of these to the Executive team and Accounting. As a member of the leadership team our efficiencies have led to a cumulative annual savings of $152K over the last 3 years in the position.
