• Ensuring accurate performance reporting and recording of project by creation of accurate measurement systems and measurement standards with proofs of work completion and actual estimates verifiable• Prepare and submission of monthly interim payment application to the client.• Variation preparation and submission to client.• Prepare letter correspondence with the contractual points to client and subcontractors.• Negotiation with client and sub-contractor for evaluated variation and finalizing the value.• Review and certify all payment applications and certificates of payment from sub-contractors.• Effective Constructability, Contractual Review and Analysis of Schedule Model further to the approval of the program of work schedule recommendation (Subject to the Clients final approval) • Enforcing Compliance to the Approved Baseline Schedules and constant monitoring of project progress status for process continuous improvements and optimal project performance to ensure timely completion of project.• Ensuring Compliance to the approval requirements and other contractual requirements in respect of the program of work schedule.• Creation of standardized Planning and Scheduling Systems for project.• Effective review and analysis of schedule relative to the Actual work done.• Review and verification/validation of contractors reported progress and ensure that this is reflected appropriately in the project schedule model update.• Supervision and ensuring compliance to the development and scheduling systems and procedures.• Monitoring, tracking and controlling of work progress and coordinating works of the sub-contractors and implementation of effective time control systems to aid project delivery.
