Responsible for the following areas:- Corporate – acquisitions and disposals of companies, raising finance in debt and equity markets; preparation of annual report; review of processes and monitoring measures for business through rapid growth phase- Commercial – preparation and negotiation of commercial contracts with suppliers, customers and landlords; review and assessment of insurance requirements- Taxation – responsible for all aspects of tax compliance including dealing with share options, corporation tax submissions and research and development tax credit claims- Regulatory performance – ensuring that the group and its clients comply with industry regulations, including reviewing and responding to industry consultations on changes to regulations- Company Secretary for all group companies

Responsible for the following areas:- Corporate – acquisitions and disposals of companies, raising finance in debt and equity markets, liaison with investors- External financial reporting - leading the financial elements of the preparation of half and full year announcements to the City and all subsidiary statutory financial statements along with managing the external audit relationship and technical accounting implementation under both IFRS and UK GAAP; leading the preparation and completion of 2ergo Group plc annual report.- Taxation – responsible for all aspects of tax compliance including dealing with PAYE, VAT, share options, corporation tax submissions, research and development tax credit claims and overseas issues- Financial control - providing a financial control and partnering service to the departments of the business including preparation of monthly management accounts, review of costs and cash flow forecasting

Following initial responsibility for transition to IFRS, responsibility then expanded to cover annual statutory reporting requirements, tax compliance, involvement in corporate transactions, contractual negotiations, insurance and telecom regulatory requirements.

Took over as interim FD when the previous incumbent left and oversaw acquisition of a company, renegotiation of loan terms and eventual sale of company to another company, along with the day-to-day stuff!
