I arrange regulated and unregulated bridging loans. Development loans for the conversion and construction of new property and commercial mortgages for commercial property investors and business owners

Working for this UK based charity, I have been involved with small scale project management and administration. This has included working on projects from their conception, planning and through to realisation. Working with Thai nationals, I have built strong communication skills in Thai and have the ability to speak, read and write Thai. I have also built a propensity for mediation, often acting in a middle role to enable better communication and relationships across cultures.My position has also included planning, leading and facilitating visiting teams from various countries around the world that visit Thailand to experience the charities projects, to work in local schools and with vulnerable and marginalised communities.

A full time position teaching English to Thai students aged 16-21 at a vocational training college. This position involved planning lessons, devising testing methods and schedules and working closely with other teachers at the college.

A key position in the company dealing with customers, suppliers and trade partners. The position required organisation, good time management and efficiency under pressure. Working as part of a large team the position included workshop loading, job quotes, scheduling appointments, completing warranty paperwork and claims and excellent customer service skills.
