Key responsibilities: Stock Control and replenishment throughout both brands of the company: Noel Leeming and Bond and Bond. Daily tasks include:Daily stock orders based on sales requests and store stock level maintenance. Maintain forethoughts towards stock budgets and judging seasonal and regional variations. Monitoring supplier performance and dealing directly to them with lost orders and stock supply issues. Assisting in forecasts to avoid stock interruptions. Special request orders and mailer stock purchases, placing special care and diligence to fulfill any requests.Advertising such as mailers, press, and TVAssisting with product choice and layout to create effective mailers that reflect themes, seasonal change and to boost appropriate lines/categories to assist in hitting KPIs. Stock checks to maintain communication between supplier and NLG to allow for free flowing stock for customers.Understanding company policies relating to the Consumer's Guarantees Act and Fair Trading Act and our legal requirements in regards to advertising.Taking on extra product manager's tasks to fully understand the business and increase skill base. This includes: Assisting with full category plans, long term forecasts, inventory and stock control and in depth product knowledge (maintain same level of product assistants to management and store level during manager changeovers)Communication with stakeholders: Building the core relationship with direct manager to ensure smooth running of the categories. Providing a customer service to stores on a personal level to allow for all needs to be met and creating supplier relationships to help ease commutation issues that lead to stock/ order problems

Key responsibilities: Call centre work giving exams officers and teachers the best possible service in regards to the exam period for AQA exams.Call ranging from how to conduct exams, filling orders for exams or labels and advising on any other questions they had.Gaining an extensive knowledge of AQA exams and policies within a very short time to support the permanent AQA team.Managing relationships and maintaining good work ethic dealing with requests.

Taking calls and giving the customer outstanding service helping them with their day to day telephone banking.Making sure the customer is getting they need from Natwest as a bank and the products we offer.Having a road knowledge and comprehension of Natwest products and how they best serve the customer during the recession.

Key Responsibilities:- Placing, monitoring and reviewing stock orders for multiple local and over seas suppliers. - Checking and running inventory reports to keep all stock levels as up to date as possible and monitor out of stocks- Making sure all stock is bought within budgetary restraints and managing the intake responsible.- Work closely with category managers regarding promotional stock and due dates. This also involves managing both old and new products on the market.- Reviewing our (PAS) promotional spreadsheet, managing stock levels and maintaining allocation to branches.- Working with branches for special orders and insuring that all branches have their stock requirements on a day-to-day basis. - Working with the distribution warehouse and shipping companies to find out shipping dates and requirements needed along with ensuring all orders placed are into stores when required.

Key Responsibilities:- Completed one month of customer research for ITS, detailing potential customers and determining growth opportunities.- Completed 2 month research project for the Economics Dept analyzing both, their own and other banks business reports. - Created a survey and report of results detailing how people across the banks spectrum viewed ASB and the other banks reports. I found where there was potential for improvement by adding articles and figures and removing less pertinent information.
