500 capacity nightclub located on Boyces Street in the center of Brighton. Proud Cabaret is a 220 capacity venue that before 10:30 is a 150 cover restaurant cabaret experience thatconverts into a bar/nightclub, featuring a unique cocktail menu, cabaret/burlesque shows and range of club nights.During my time at Proud I progressed from Bar Supervisor to Assistant General Manager and assumed all of the dutiesof the Bar Manager.
