Appointed to establish and lead the Environmental Sustainability Program for First Republic with direct accountability to senior executives and the board of directors. Responsible for developing enterprise level environmental strategy, supporting sustainability focused sales pursuits, GHG measurement / disclosure, client & colleague engagement/education, managing relationships with partners / vendors, and support external stakeholder engagement in partnership with Investor Relations. Accomplishments include:● Increased First Republic’s MSCI rating from BBB to A.● Established and managed the process for measuring and disclosing Scope 1, 2, & 3 (operational & portfolio level) GHG emissions in line with the GHG protocol and oversaw external audit process on these metrics.● Developed external disclosures in line with Taskforce for Climate Related Financial Disclosures (TCFD) framework and worked with Investor Relations to publish in annual ESG report.● Established and managed the strategy and process to procure carbon credits and renewable energy credits. This resulted in FRB becoming and maintaining carbon neutrality on an ongoing basis.● Developed and implemented executive management level governance framework and board reporting committees.

Responsible for leading the annual strategic planning process for Operations, Technology, and Deposits, leading strategic initiatives from inception to implementation, managing senior executive level relationships / strategic partnerships, providing updates to Board and Executive Committees, providing commentary and input for annual filings, & quarterly earnings. Accomplishments include:● Led annual business planning process for the technology, operations, and deposits functions to develop 5-year strategic plans in collaboration with senior executives across the bank and FP&A. This included developing strategic growth models across multiple industries / client types / geographies and alignment of digital product roadmap to overall bank strategy.● Led strategic growth initiative to identify and recommend new market expansion opportunities.

Led the Corporate Functions (Finance, AML, Risk Management, etc.) internal consulting practice in providing advisory services and strategic initiatives support related to Operating Strategy, Strategic Cost Reduction & Process Re-Engineering for clients at the Senior Vice President and Executive Vice President levels. Accomplishments include: ● Managed a team of 10 direct reports to over deliver on value creation targets, achieving on average $10 - 12 million of cost reduction and profit generation.● Developed a new operating model for the FP&A team to improve business partnering (doubled current capacity spent on Business Partnering).● Designed & implemented a new Operating Model for the AML Operations Center spanning Canada & Colombia.

Led engagement teams consisting of 3 to 5 consultants in providing advisory services for strategic initiatives related to strategic cost reduction, process re-engineering, and operating strategy for senior executive level clients.Key accomplishments include: • Created and transitioned an AML Remediation group to a new operating model resulting in the conversion of contractor resourcing generating a net P&L savings in excess of $7 million • Transitioned Finance Department for IT to Global Operating Model resulting in achieving labor arbitrage savings of $700K and identifying 6 FTE in continuous improvement savings

• Worked in the Risk Management Consulting Practice providing risk consultancy services to fortune 500 companies across North America. Reported to the SVP, Risk Consulting, responsible for conducting risk and financial analysis for clients across multiple sectors with a focus on Natural Gas providers. • Participated in a multidisciplinary team project to assess a pipeline owner’s potential liability in a crowded urban area. This involved assessing current risk by building a technical and financial model and establishing a variety of insurance solutions to cover liability. As a result, the client had the tools to make an optimal insurance purchase.• Developed a new and unique methodology for justifying insurance limits. This system helps to explain complex risk assessment tools to clients in plain business language and this tool is currently being reviewed by senior executives for use at AON.
