I’ve worked in hydraulics for over 10 years starting with stores and trade counter duties.I then was making hydraulic assemblies and pressure testing which led me into fitting hoses, valves and fittings directly to customers equipment either at the depot or at customer premises and even out on the road in the middle of a blizzard to the council gritters, I’ve been in RAF bases, prisons, quarries and ships fitting hoses, thoroughly enjoyed seeing the unknown. Currently I’m more stores based with general stores duties including trade counter and some hose assembly and testing. Crating up equipment going over seas.I’m competent and experienced mostly in the following:-Hose assembly and fitting-Pressure testing up to 30,000 psi-Hydraulic fittings knowledge, I can identify most-Forklift(counter balance up to 10t)-Full UK car and full UK motorcycle licences-General stores duties-Trade counter salesI’m very reliable, never late and rarely off sick unless absolutely necessary. I’m willing to work extra hours and have a desire to do things to high standards and pride myself in getting it right first time.
