As a Financial Services Operations Specialist at St. James’s Place, I support a financial planning practice with day-to-day business operations, including being the liaison for client and third party enquiries, processing new investments, and ensuring the continued compliance with FCA regulatory legislation. I have developed strong communication, customer service, and business skills through this role, as well as gaining valuable insight into the financial services industry.I am also a passionate and dedicated student of International Football Business at UCFB Wembley, where I am on track to achieve my undergraduate degree in 2025.
