Responsible to CEO & executive staff to develop risk management & loss prevention strategy for highly regulated industry & internal functions. Analyzes state/federal legislation & regulations to ensure compliance & awareness across business functions. Provides companywide 2nd line defense & consults 1st line defense to ensure compliance. Leads cross functional modernization initiatives & projects involving risk assessment, assessment, loss control, claims management, human resources, supplier or 3rd party risk, crisis management, safety policy/vision, security, fleet safety/DOT compliance, PSM/RMP EPA compliance, and pre-employment (FCRA) practices at 210 locations in 9 states. Conducts specialized compliance audits, fraud/HR investigations, & labor relations plans. Leads team of 140 with $7.8 budget.

Manage operations for only CV-22 aircraft flying training squadron in absence of director. Qualify 70 aircrew annually, execute 80+ events per week, and train and equip 25 instructors and 6 support personnel. Manage $56 million flying hour program.

Led team of 8 safety personnel ensuring OSHA/Air Force safety standards were met. Implemented proactive safety programs for 2,000+ personnel and $2.5 billion assets at 3 locations. Conducted unit safety inspections and audits for 12 diverse units.

Directed all aspects of CV-22 aircraft training. Worked with 3 integrated product teams as USAF lead. Managed 13 syllabi, 4 simulators, and courseware coordinating effort of government contractors and multifunctional teams. Supervised 4 Air Force team members.

Managed aircrew/airspace scheduling, training, and maintenance for 60-person squadron flying 400 sorties and qualifying 40 aircrew per year.

Managed 36 aircrew flight executing special operations combat/exercise missions worldwide including Afghanistan, Iraq, and various countries in Africa and Central America. Organized and led all aspects of deployment, logistics, and operations as mission commander.

Directed combat/exercise mobility training and execution for 50-person squadron and $5 million in deployment assets.

Developed/trained 14 personnel on operating tactics and regional mission planning, ensuring combat readiness. Oversaw training for 130 aircrew.
