I worked for 33 years in the financial services industry in various administrative and managerial roles, prior to joining F5 Property Ltd in 2021.I am a highly organised, driven and conscientious professional and possess a keen awareness of the need to provide exceptionally high-quality customer service in a cost effective manner.I was a Chartered Insurance Practitioner and held the Diploma in Financial Planning (Dip PFS) and Associateship of the Chartered Insurance Institute (ACII) as well as the ICA Certificate in Anti Money Laundering.In my role as Operations Manager at F5 Property, my principal aims are to provide the highest quality of service to our customers through clear and timely communications, and the efficient management of all work associated with the properties and tenancies we manage.
