I have over 24 years Architectural based experience responsible for managing numerous active projects, ranging from inception to completion. I have gained experience within residential, commercial, industrial, leisure, and heritage sectors; with project values well in excess of £20million. My role has evolved to meet industry needs where my time is evenly split to cater for the production of drawings, details, schedules and specifications, along with careful communication to efficiently manage clients, consultants, and statutory bodies. I have contract administered a number of projects, including 7 storey student accommodation, Nursing home extensions, renovation of historic buildings (working with Natural England), new build and renovation forming high end residential apartments, one off bespoke dwellings (up to 7,000sq.ft), and large domestic extension projects. The production of feasibility studies to help determine residential layouts, density and mix, for simple and complex based site constraints.I have experience working alongside national house builders and housing associations to deliver affordable housing schemes, where I developed concept and detail designs through to Planning, produced Building Regulation and production information, and co-ordinated relevant design team meetings to suit.My involvement in a large variety of projects has given me exposure to numerous methods of construction, where a suitable solution has been determined to meet project parameters and cost restraints.
