I have been fortunate enough to have some the greatest working experiences to date, and I am grateful that they have all been so varied in their nature!I have been a sport scholar, and played professional Rugby Union in the UK, across the EU, Middle East, China and I got as far as Australia. I have coached children as young as 3 and senior adults as old as 50 in the game I love and have had so many experiences from. I have worked as a personal trainer in Hong Kong for the health conscious and fitness motivated, getting to meet and help different people from all walks of life.I have trained and qualified as a Secondary Education Teacher, specialising in Physical Education and Science, getting to interact and work alongside with some of the most dedicated and patient professionals I have ever seen. I then got to experience first-hand the inner workings of the civil service and what quality recruitment does for companies and people in their immediate communities which lead me back into Higher Education.Taking my recruitment experience into a World Class University and helping develop the recruitment process and pathway for some of the UK's, and World's, up and coming athletes was another incredible opportunity to witness first-hand how bringing the right people to the best place, can be the difference to a thriving team, and positive community.I also got to use my interpersonal skills and experience in managing large groups of people, with a leading student events company to help deliver and manage some of the best student event experiences in Exeter and the UK. Before the pandemic, I was using my natural business acumen to help grow the commercial business of sport at the University of Exeter, before being seconded into helping manage and inform best practices and testing procedures for students and staffs returning safely over the early stages of covid-19.Working with professional individuals, organisations or companies to identify their team recruitment goals and support their professional pathway is what I excel in. As a team member of Match Medics I get to use all of my ability to communicate, initiate, support and link the best people to the best opportunities in Ireland. This is helping build better working teams, healthier living communities and supporting (once again) the country’s, and World's, best individuals to grow and develop in their next life adventure.
