-Design and implement new functionality-Troubleshoot system and user problems-Stay up to date on trends and developments within HR systems and technology, proactively providing ideas and information regarding best practices and trends. Work to enhance the capability of self and team.-Drive testing strategy by defining test scenarios and oversee process. Review, test, and assist with the implementation of system upgrades; collaborate with functional and technical staff to coordinate the application of an update or fix and document process and results.-Provide technical and functional requirements for integrations and new functionality-Document user requirements, technical mapping, functional procedures and user training material to support system changes-Manage projects and process improvement, including applying change management experience to facilitate movement to new levels of quality-Create and generate data extracts through a variety of reporting tools by understanding data values, sources and data models including the data structure and interactions.-Provide functional and application support for various HR systems.

-Collecting and interpreting data; identifying patterns and trends; turning data into actionable insights & business intelligence which can offer ways to improve business processes, thus affecting business decisions.-Create, analyze, and summarize ad–hoc and / or recurring reports.-Produce report-outs and other supporting documentation in the form of process flows, wireframes, test scenarios and training documentation.-Testing business processes and recommending improvements.-Assessing and interpreting customer (internal or external) needs and requirements.-Solving challenging problems and/or conducting complex analyses.-Participates in discussions with key stakeholders to communicate information learned from analyses and provide input into product or business strategy.-Leads and oversees efforts to identify and test key business assumptions and hypotheses around product or business strategy; continuously refines hypotheses and identifies business questions to explore further.-Develops the analytical framework and blueprint to answer business questions identified in the business portfolio, product, or member experience.-Applies expert analytical rigor to define outcome measures, increase agility in decisioning, improve ability to evaluate progress towards business outcomes, and to evaluate risks to strategic goals.-Assess reporting results through data investigation, analysis, trending, and evaluation.-Assume responsibility for data integrity and ongoing quality control of delivered reports; proactively work to resolution when issues are found.-Provide subject matter expert and operational support to internal business partners.-Receives and documents formal requests from customer including specifications (layout, calculations, data source, etc.) Evaluates requests for completeness and if needed works with customer to finalize request.

- Develop and maintain relationships with vendor partners.- Work closely with assigned business unit to support vendor hiring and placement.- Collaborate with other vendor managers and with the Event Operations Center to address gaps in staffing and client risk.- Effectively communicate with vendor partners to solve staffing issues.- Develop pipeline talent with multiple vendor partners to prepare for hiring.- Hold weekly calls with assigned vendor partners to identify and resolve any issues.- Work with OptumServe Legal, Human Capital, and Compliance to develop new contracts, update contracts, and modify language to meet growing and changing business needs.- Review vendor performance on a regular basis to identify areas of risk.- Review performance with vendors and business units to identify path to improvement.- Prepare presentations and data analytics to be shared with our leadership team to convey vendor performance.- Identify cost reduction opportunities.- Protect OptumServe from risk and liability by writing, enforcing, and adhering to compliance and legal standards.- Conduct Quarterly and Annual Business Reviews.- Drives change and process adoption through collaboration, relationship building, and solutioning.

Essential Responsibilities:• Production planning in ERP in line with Project Planning – MPS• Material demand in ERP based on production planning, maintenance planning, repairs planning, sales orders, or statistical methods.• Material Net Requirements and forecasts in ERP (or alternative) based on MRP process.• Leadership and coordination of missing parts anticipation process, and missing parts root cause analysis• Planning and inventory strategy deployment based on parts typology, demand input, volume, price, and other potential characteristics.• Material master data creation and maintenance (MRP type, MRP controller, make/buy, planning strategy, MRP parameters)• Key Performance Indicators monitoring and reporting and continuous improvement activity for planning.• Drive Six Sigma and Lean improvements in scheduling• Work closely with Sourcing to assure EOQs• Work closely with Accounts Payable to ensure prompt payments to suppliers.

- Performs capacity planning, level loading, direct procurement / manufacturing activities to ensure schedule attainment.- Review Change Orders for schedule impacts and coordinate schedule changes.- Create work orders, modify existing WO’s, and expedite deliveries. - Interface with operations manager, production managers, project specialists, and procurement as needed to review schedules, delays, and recovery plans. - Closely monitor customer lead times, working with production to facilitate customer expectations including increased labor and equipment to meet target goals.-Initiate and facilitate problem-solving teams, implement solutions and track results. -Identify, suggest and implement process improvements.

Manages, supervises, and performs intelligence activities and functions including exploitation, development, and dissemination of products to support war-fighting operations and other activities.
