As a Restaurant and Bar Manager, I make sure day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently. My goal is to provide excellent customer service with a pleasant dining experience that lives up to brand standards while also protecting profitability with a strong emphasis in sales. I also help with effectively recruiting and managing employees, overseeing all sales operations, handling customer complaints, and generating financial reports. Other important aspects of my role as a Restaurant and Bar Manager is to ensure health and safety regulations and manage inventory.

With a diverse set of skills, I ran a very busy and very profitable restaurant in the Lower Highlands of Denver Colorado. I managed and ran an amazing diverse team of 30 in the both front of house and back of house. I also saw myself as a Sales Manager selling my restaurant space/s for specific events such as beautiful weddings, extravagant birthdays and off-site catering events, the list goes on. I believe in leading a team and not directing the team because we are all a part of same team and we need to help each other succeed in whatever we are doing.

Starting my career in Hotel management, this was a great position to help show me the right way of leading a team that spans from my restaurant to the sales department. I learned how to successfully run a F&B team while executing the sales manager position as well. I would cold call and set up meetings with prospective clients who were interested in reserving specific meeting spaces for events such as business meetings, weddings and personal events.

Starting my hospitality career in what we know as Chili's Bar and Grill I was hired on as the host which then led me to becoming a stellar waiter, lead bartender ending as a Corporate FSOP Trainer. In this role I traveled to many new store openings of the brands such as Chili's Bar and Grill, Muggiano Grill and On the Border to help the managers hire, train and facilitate a successful store opening. I helped refine training curriculum and procedures based on locations and individual needs that may still be in circulation for all the new hires and new store openings.
