Directly responsible for all Operational activities within the Healthy Fruit division of a $1.5 billion Company, including Customer Service and Supply Chain. Provided leadership for successful integration of Sunrise Growers acquisition. Sunrise Growers was acquired in October 2015. Formulated a rationalized supply chain plan which included consolidating Operations with closure of Buena Park, Ca. Plant, expanded Kansas City Plant footprint due to low cost sourcing to East Coast, expanding Jacona, Mexican Plant with 2 polybag lines for greater margin, and a consolidated California Plant Plan. The finalized "Triangle" strategy plan is projected to save over $6 million in costs.

INSULECTRO is the leading supplier of the complete package of advanced electronic materials and technical support needed to fabricate complex multilayer printed circuits boards (PCB) and other electronic interconnect systems. Our products include copper-clad laminates, prepregs, copper foil and CAC®, dry film photo-resist, Pyralux® flex laminate, PCB process chemistry, backup, entry and Slickback® for drilling, lamination assist materials and drill bits and routers. Based in Lake Forest, CA with 10 locations nationwide.I was directly responsible for all Operational activities. Created an operating strategy to maximize operational efficiency with a focus on quality. Provided overall leadership and direction to Company wide Operational Facilities, Customer Service, and Supply Chain personnel. Position included Logistics and Supply Chain direction. Companies have facilities nationwide and provides Manufacturing, Distribution, and technical support to the Printed Circuit Board Industry. LCOA had distribution network in Asia where approx. 40% of products are sold. Direct reports included 7 Managers and 130 employees.

Provided leadership,direction,and process improvement for 19 Facilities in the West Region at DS Waters. Integrated the merging of 2 large North American Water Companies(Danone and Suntory) into DS Waters. Consolidated Operations and infrastructure resulting in efficiency,productivity and cost savings. Performed network optimization which consolidated 7 of the 19 facilities.

Final role was as Director of Integrated Planning which was Supply Chain. Prior to that I was Manufacturing & Logistics Director in the Southern California Business Unit. I had direct support and leadership for 4 Manufacturing sites and 14 Distribution Centers. Duties included financial capital planning, infrastructure renewal, forecasting, supply chain planning, raw material planning/scheduling, and implementing process improvement techniques and guidance to achieve goals.Prior experience-- Ran Manufacturing Operations, Logistics, and Supply Chain as a Plant Manager at 3 Facilities, in San Diego, Delaware, and Virginia. Various roles involved in Manufacturing of beverages, including, Quality Management, production, warehousing, Maintenance, and logistics.
