We grew the company to over 50 employees, +$10M in Annual Recurring Revenue, and raised $20M in funding. I worked closely with clients to find product market fit for our software and to turn early users into referential customers. I managed the entire sales pipeline and post-sale implementation. I also worked closely with the product team to manage the product backlog, roadmap, and initial feature specifications.

Business Development ManagerFirst Robotics Canada Sep 2011 - Sep 2014I joined FIRST by starting the first FIRST Robotics team in London, Ontario. I was able to bring together a number of major partners including Thames Valley District School Board, Western University and private industry to support this new initiative. We went on to successfully compete in the world championship in St. Louis, Missouri and starting three new teams in the area. Because of the success FIRST had in London Ontario, I was offered a position at FIRST Canada to support their business and partnership development.
