While attending school to obtain my Bachelors degree in Accounting, I have worked full time doing quality control, accounting and industrial stormwater management at an asphalt company with many trainings and courses on each subject. In a workplace, not only do I value day to day accounting tasks, but also discovering how to make a business’s finance and operations more efficient. Learning about my employers company and how it operates is important to me in order to gain a full understanding of company needs and culture. I also seek outside training/courses on subjects an employer finds valuable in accounting/finance, operations and compliance in order to become a knowledgeable and versatile asset within a workplace.
