At the helm of the Emerging Technology Institute, my focus on fostering innovation and economic development has been unwavering. With over seven years of leadership, the team and I have cultivated a nurturing environment for entrepreneurs, leveraging my expertise in strategic planning and team building to drive progress within the Southeast Region of North Carolina.My tenure as Director of the Entrepreneurship Incubator at UNC Pembroke honed my abilities in operations management and customer service, which I now apply to steer ETI towards new horizons in the aviation and aerospace industry.
