After thirty-five years of Empirical study of industry best practices that utilize Software Development Life-Cycles, you would think that organizations should have improved the quality of their products. My recent investigation and analysis of organization's that have structured their efforts towards Agile/Scrum development has improved the quality of their products, but at the cost of operational expense. Since Agile doesn't recommend any particular engineering methodology, or software development practices, it has been my on-going effort to instruct organization's in utilizing methods that focus on improving software development practices by focussing on the ecomplexity and functionality of features that development team experience. Developing Quality software through the elaboration of frameworks and methods, and implementing a framework that fits within your organization is my speciality. This can be accomplished through the use of LEAN, functional re-organization of software development practices and advanced Quality Techniques. I have spent my entire life work assessing the multitude of frameworks and methodologies that inheretly advance the emprical knowledge into how to bring about lasting change within organizations, and improve the overall efficiency of Agile projects. The combination of existing Agile practices that focus on collaboration of teams, and managing focus through R-Scrum can enhance the overal project focus, and bring about lasting change.
