I'm a meaning and purpose coach, and workshop facilitator based in London. I work with people from all walks of life, who have come to the realisation that there’s more to life than material success, but aren’t yet sure how to move into alignment with the desires of their soul.I came to this work through my own long-term existential crisis and feelings of dissatisfaction at the contribution my career in advertising was making to society. My disillusionment led me to explore every technique, workshop and healing modality I could get my hands on for the best part of a decade, in an attempt to overcome my own demons and discover who I truly am and what I stand for.I draw on many of these modalities with my clients, including breath work, nervous system regulation techniques and spiritual wisdom, with a strong focus on developing crystal clear intrinsic values. When we are consciously aware enough to live in alignment with these values, they will naturally guide our decisions towards more meaning and fulfilment.Core to my own values is striving to live with integrity and standing up for what I believe in – including finding a more sustainable and balanced approach to life. This includes making more conscious and intentional choices about where I invest my time, energy, and money, by considering the deeper consequences of those decisions. It’s an evolving practice, but I believe it’s the duty of each of us to lead by our own example and be the change we wish to see.
