Became Software Development Manager/Technical Solution Architect of ALL document management system development teams (4 applications in this group, up to 12 people, most offshore, 1 onshore). Oracle WCC and FileNet based systems. Drove process automation to reduce manual steps in releases (8-10 hours down to 3 for FileNet). All deployments were done on-time and stable, due in part to having created fully automated regression test scripts (UTF, Selenium) for all applications in my portfolio, and increased unit test coverage (JUnit). Implemented using IBM UCR for all applications to manage releases. Full Agile development process.Also managed our Informatica CDC near-real time development team for the past 3 years (offshore/onshore). Drove process automation to reduce manual steps in the rollouts (10-12 hours down to 4-5 hours). Wrote an automated reporting system in python/sqlalchemydiff/jinja2 to monitor/email the status of all workflows and source-to-target database comparisons.Completed transition of ALL members of my teams to a new vendor over the space of 6 months.Worked with our Business Partners on a new solution for Anti Money Laundering application using the SAME FileNet infrastructure for the back-end with no loss of performance/capacity.
