Reporting to the Provost and EVP & COO, responsible for the daily management of academic and operational activities for the successful execution of the summer 2024 graduate programs and initial planning for academic year 2024-25. Work closely with the programs directors and program assistant to ensure effective operation of the summer graduate programs including regular engagement with faculty and students, management of the logistical activities to support the operation of academic programs and workshops, and appropriately engaging with campus partners to support student success within the graduate programs.

• Primary Customer: Air Combat Command Surgeon General’s Medical Modernization Office (ACC-SGR).• Two time winner of a Joint Expeditionary Force Exercise (JEFX) development prize of over $1 million.• Designed, developed, and deployed the first field capable electronic medical record system – the Global Expeditionary Medical System (GEMS) - first medical system to meet DoD information security requirements.• Achieved the primary objective of ensuring medical records of deployed airmen were returned to CONUS with a success rate over 95%.• Coordinated medical data collection at 38 deployed facilities and a number of smaller individual units around the globe. • Collected and analyzed over 500,000 medical records.• Instrumental in modernizing the medical manpower footprint for expeditionary forces.• Institutionalized real time medical data surveillance and diseases management.• Paved the way for the eventual DoD solution for medical records and surveillance.
