Youth Worker and Driving Instructor 🚗💨The Wanderer Program provides support, mentoring and the necessary resources to those who otherwise would be unable to complete 50 hours of supervised driving and obtain their driver's licence. The program ensures trained driver mentors work from 'start to finish' with participants to establish strong relationships resulting in positive social and economic outcomes. I’m Experienced in Local Government and NFP service delivery with proven success across many youth and community programs designed to be cost effective, free to attend and provide high levels of support which has resulted is multiple awards. I have worked in officer and team leader level roles to deliver a suit of youth and community safety programs to the community. I am highly skilled at increasing community and stakeholder engagement and providing tailored and equitable support to Aboriginal and Torres Straight Islanders, LGBTIQA+ 🏳️‍🌈 people and young people who spend time in public space.
