Hey, My name is Jaylon Glisson. I am 23 years old, and I am from Waynesboro, Georgia. I grew up on my family's farm, where we have over 150 black angus cows. I graduated from Georgia Southern University with a Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management in December 2023. I currently working at Beam's Contracting out of Beech Island, South Carolina. Beam's offers paving, site work, utilities, concrete, and railroad work. I am spending 2-3 months with each crew right now in order to learn how each division operates. I am very personable and easy to get along with. I have a very good work ethic, and I am very enthusiastic which encourages those around me to work harder as well. I am a good leader, and I am very organized.
