I am a man of a person who loves to take any challenges. My deep analytical skills have been helping me to manage a nonprofit organisation Caritas Bangladesh since 2005. Understanding, analysing, thinking and then trying to solve any problem has been my core strategy. I am a graduate as well as a post-graduate from the University of Chattogram in Mathematics. Before joining Caritas Bangladesh as a program officer in 2005, I had been working as the General Secretary of YMCA Chattogram. After serving one year as a program officer in the central office at Malibagh and in the Barishal region, I got the opportunity to work as the Regional Director of Chattogram region of Caritas Bangladesh till 2020 when I got another opportunity to work as the Director Programs till 2022. Since June 1, 2022 I have been in charge of MAWTS as its Director/Principal.
