Also acts in range of other planning sectors.Led the legal team advisng Thames Water on the Lee Tunnel and Thames Tideway Tunnel projects, the later the largest developemnt consent order promoted and granted under the Planning Act 2008 regime for nationally significant infrstaructure projects. In recent years has also promoted the expansion of Abberton Reservoir for Northumbria Water and acted for Wightlink Ferries on the litigation under the EU Habitats Directive concerning the introduction of new ferries on their Lymington to Yarmouth route service.A recognised expert pratitioner in all relvant directories.
