• Account manager for Techdata’s largest customer with a turnover of £35m • Previously responsible for the end to end account management of various customer accounts.• Managing business credit limits and chasing through any overdue debt with the client allowing the customer to place further business.• Building strong relationships with key contacts from administrators to senior managers and directors within the organisation, ensuring a smooth and constant communication stream • Dealing with daily telephones enquiries including invoice queries, customer complaints, order updates and stock lead times.• Managing busy client email inbox dealing with customer quotes, product updates and new product information along with customer event invitations and product launches.• Updating various computer systems including SAP and CRM.
