Apprenticeship Training Provider Ltd (ATP) has been working with HTP Training where we place apprentices into businesses around the area. HTP Training are Grade 1 Ofsted and have helped guide ATP through the set-up process to ensure that we deliver the best apprenticeships around.We have been working direct with The Queens Hotel & Spa in Bournemouth to develop an apprenticeship in hospitality that is beneficial both for the apprentices themselves and also the employer. It is important that the apprentice is not alone and being part of the apprenticeship group enables them to adjust smoothly into working life.Now we are ready to roll out this model that can significantly reduce your wage cost in each department and ensure retention of staff.
