I joined Acorn Lawyers as a principal in September 2012 and head-up the firm's litigation group.After my admission in 1995, following completion of the punishing Solicitor's Admission Board course (as it was then called), I worked for several of Sydney's best known mid-tier firms before moving to Wollongong in 2008 to open and manage a regional office for one of those firms.I have an Honours Arts Degree (in Politics & History) from the University of Wollongong and therefore moving back to Wollongong was something of a homecoming for me.I provide expert legal services in the following practice areas:- Insurance - Litigation and Dispute Resolution - Private Client Services - SuperannuationI have a broad range of general litigation and dispute resolution experience including insurance, medical/dental negligence, motor vehicle and Civil Liability Act claims, compensation claims, superannuation, TPD and income protection claims, Dust Diseases Board/Tribunal claims, employment and corporations. I believe in a commitment to personalised legal services. I am a firm believer that each matter needs to analysed with a clear mind and in a new light.
