Overseeing variable operations for the BC Region which included eighteen stores and 13 brands including Aston Martin, Bentley, Mercedes Benz, Audi, Landrover, Jaguar, Honda, Acura, Nissan, Infiniti, Porsche, Volvo and Subaru. While in this role, I was appointed GM for our MCL Motorcars location for two years.

When managing and developing a staff of 15, the constant challenge is always personal engagement. Through my time with this organization, I was fortunate to keep my team focused on daily objectives which assisted in achieving their own goals throughout the year. By doing this we increased sales volume, gross profit per unit and customer satisfaction to levels which we led not only regionally but also moved the stores rankings to the top 15% in the country. The bi product of this was higher inventory turns and lower inventory costs. Additionally because of the positive work environment and open door policy, the staff worked more effectively. My staff turnover after adjustments became non existent.

Overseeing a sales staff 17 with 8 support staff, we have successfully experienced both an increased market share as well as increased sales volume. Constantly challenged by spatial constraints and downtown parking, we continue to expand our market. With a low personell turn over rate, we develop our team to succeed.
