As a manager and leader, I motivate and empower my direct reports AND influence our stakeholders to create true team bonds across the organization. I take point as our lead negotiator on key deals and always deliver my committed deals. I am guided by the belief that my company's success is only a byproduct of our customers' success. I love working with new technologies. Recently developed a strong knowledge of cybersecurity in the AI era: threat intelligence & analytics; application security; data security and encryption, and zero-trust. I've also worked with an array of software and delivery platforms - from mainframe to SaaS, open-source, automation, ITOps, and analytics. Getting quickly up to speed on new technology is not just something I'm good at - I love the learning!But my first passion is negotiation. I've negotiated hundreds of complex deals, all manner of licensing and partnership agreements, as well as typical business contracts (confidentiality, settlement, operating agreements, etc.). I leverage my skills as an attorney to balance legalese and business impact, understand and explain regulatory drivers, and to turn up the advocacy when needed.
