Currently working as part of the Service/Retro-fit team on the West of Duddon Sands Off-Shore Wind Farm.

Worked as a Installation Forman on the West Of Duddon Sands Pre-Assembly Project in Belfast on the 3.6 MW Siemens Off-Shore Turbines. I originally started as a installation technician and very quickly got promoted to a installation Forman due to my hard working ethics my organization skills and my knowledge of turbines. My current roles are to Organize teams, work procedures and tool box talks on a daily bases. I also have the responsibilities of ensuring deadlines are met, targets are reached and all health and safety regulations are followed.

In 2010 I joined Windhoist as a turbine technician. my expierence with windhoist has proved to be a major asset in my current role as a Forman. During my time at windhoist I had worked in several different countrys on an array of different turbines. My rolls in the beginning were,Mechanical Completion.Preparation of all Turbine Components.High Torque/Bolt Stretching.Banking & Rigging.Rotor Assembly.Installation of all turbine component including full rotor installation.Single Blade Installation.Retro Fits.Gearbox Replacements.In October 2011 I became the Lift supervisor at Windhoist and had the responsibility of complying with all safe systems of work, critical lift document, the maintenance and inspection of all lifting equipment and the organization of cranes and work to be carried out in regards to the installation of components. I proceeded in becoming the assistant site supervisor, and my role was to organize tasks for the teams involved with the project. I worked in conjunction with the client and health & safety in regards to the work and the handing over of snag free towers. Turbines Include: Nordex: N60, N90Repower: MM82, MM92, 3XMVestas & Gamesa

I worked for KN Network Services for seven years. During my time at KN, the position I held was a telecommunications installation technician, my duties included: Installation and erection of telegraph poles. Traffic Management in compliance with regulations.The procedures in locating Under Ground services.Underground cable laying.Cable Joining.The inspection and evaluation of sites.Following Engineering recommendation.Meeting Deadlines and 24/7 call outs.Dealing with clients.
