I led Asta Development's training function. I was responsible for the effectiveness of the department and the quality of the training delivered.

Training end users in the use of project management software to manage timeframes and costs on construction and engineering projects. I wrote user guides for tailored software solutions, I produced the documentation on a construction site diary program and Asta developments risk analysis package.

My role involved training users on a business management and accounting system. I was also responsible for configuring software to fit users requirements.

I would train users to use the Eviivo system to promote and manage small hotels and guesthouses. I was also responsible for setting up online booking systems and booking pages.

I was responsible for training end users in the use of project management software to manage timeframes and costs on construction and engineering projects.
