Made for More aim to inspire & engage a generation of young people across Northern Irelands schools, youth organisations & churches. Our role is to educate & equip our young people with the knowledge needed to value who they are and how to make positive decisions for a more purposeful future.We deliver workshops across Northern Ireland on :1.       Mental Health 2.       Self- Esteem 3.       Drugs & Substances 4.       Alcohol Our aim is that each young person who views & engages with our content would be equipped with:- Practical ways to promote healthier living in our lives both mentally & physically, with an understanding of what mental health is and how it affects our overall health and wellbeing. - Awareness of the potential causes of stress, anxiety & depression. Equipped with coping strategies for mental illness & how we can best to help others. - The impact that drugs and alcohol can have on our mental / physical health and how they effect our ability to make good choices in our daily lives.We are seeking support from private individuals, local businesses & trusts.
