- Managed financial, due diligence and accounting aspects of acquisitions in Italy, US and UK of four software businesses- Class 1 disposal of German business- Shared services, system and business information development such as improved sales and other plc Board reporting tools- Helped the design of a new finance target operating model and procurement of new global finance system- Established near-shore and off-shore finance shared services

Located in Frankfurt as Finance Director for two B2B banks in Germany, with full BaFin licenses, and a joint venture in Milan.- Significantly increase the profit of the German businesses in 2011 through commercial contract management and cost initiatives. - Turned around the business in Italy prior to acquiring a competitor and merging the businesses to form a sustainable and profitable software and BPS business.- “Geschaftsfuhrer” with responsibility for leading the operations, legal, audit, risk and regulatory teams with over 1,000 staff

- Internal Audit and Quality. Transformed the UK centric team of 3 finance focussed staff into a global and flexible team of 20 that worked seamlessly with UK, US, German and Indian colleagues. Created a multidisciplinary team by adding experts (IT, BCP, pensions) to work on specific audit projects- Pension trustee. Provided financial and risk management expertise as a Trustee for a Defined Benefit Scheme
