Nadri Incorporated is a Jewelry and Accessory company with Korean ownership. As CMO I develop strategic plans that achieve revenue objectives and P&L targets. I developed the Nadri P&L planning processes, direct and manage sales and marketing, develop product direction and brand management. Executed new sourcing initiatives, inventory management process, production orders and supply chain process, retail and wholesale business planning, financial forecasts, and account marketing and dilution plans. Recruited by the Group President. Responsible for sales, planning, and profitability. Manage and motivate sales and planning teams for effective growth at retail while maximizing inventory and expense structures. Responsible for forecasting, planning and managing production to achieve sales, managing costs for marketing and advertising strategies, markdowns and margin contributions, pricing and discounting, and new brand strategies. Responsible for license negotiations with company owners, business plans for those licenses and contract term negotiations.

Placed in position by the Accessories President, Ed Bucciarelli. Directly responsible for planning, negotiating and launching the Modern and Designer Brands division. Responsible for Sales to all accounts domestic and international. Responsible for two National Sales Managers and sales, planning and merchandising teams.
