• Responsible for daily operations of a 248-unit, nine story apartment building with a 3-level subterranean parking structure, a 2-level podium deck, seven story infinity steel structure with 5” topping slabs.
• Led subcontractor preconstruction and orientation, overall schedule, safety protocols and enforcement, site logistics, building inspections and all utility install, design team RFI’s and change orders, and worked.

• Project – Modera Brighton Apartments, 2797 Wewatta Way, Denver, CO PROJECT BUDGET $56 MILLION
• Successfully completed construction and operations of a 358-unit, 6 story type 3 wood framed apartment building with an infill five story cast-in-place concrete garage in the Rhino District.
• Managed subcontractor preconstruction and orientation, overall schedule, safety protocols and enforcement, site logistics, building inspections and all utility install, design team RFI’s and change orders, and worked.

• Managed daily construction and operations of three 10unit high end condo buildings in Littleton at northwest corner HWY 470 and Lucent Blvd.
• Managed from start to finish simi-custom condos including homeowner changes, building inspections, subcontractor selection/management, and final walk though/punch list completion

• PROJECT BUDGETS RANGED FROM $38 - $47 MILLION DENVER METRO AREAManaged daily construction and operations of two luxury multi-family townhome subdivisions in the Park Meadows area with Century, a company known for.
• Rebuilt strained relationship with Centennial Building Dept.; updated and redlined all plans with engineer; and resubmitted as new masters to the Building Dept. for The Villas at Highland Park in Centennial ($38.
• Managed the Lincoln Park project in Lonetree, a ground up new start with fast track model building constructed during land development and infrastructure install ($47 million budget).

• Managed selection and acquisition; design changes; estimations and timelines; subcontractor appointment and contracts; construction; and sale of 16 older upscale complete home remodels in the Washington Park and other.
