Griffiths Engineers is a leading Structural Consultancy group established in 1973. Our company specialises in working part of a team together with builders and architects, on custom-built projects, in order to achieve the best result for each individual project. During the design process our focus is to be practical and economical with attention to build-ability so that the project achieves critical timeframes and projected budgets. This approach considers the builders resources, the construction sequence, the continuity of work flow on the critical path, current subcontract rates, the relative merits of onsite and offsite subcontracts and their impact on programme and costs. Special care is given to reduce both cost and disputes and to assist the management process. During construction we establish close working relationships with each site and where possible try to draw attention to potential difficulties well in advance so as to reduce costs and delays. During a 12 month period the office typically designs, documents and observes construction of projects with a value in excess of $150 million.
