Supporting users and collegues with varying levels of knowledge across multiple sites within a busy and continuously adapting network and site structure.Originally part of a small team mainly supporting XP and Server 2003 machines we have; in reference to our teaching and learning business, continued to move forward with Microsoft OS. I am now part of a larger multi site team supporting Windows7, Server2008 and currently upgrading to Server2012 with view of expanding our small Win8 user base. Daily user support tasks involve OS support and configuration, software installs, but also expand to all aspects of hardware, peripherals and low level network issues.Personal Duties include, Printer hardware, Printer Servers with Safecom Printing solution, WSUS updates and Servers, Exchange 2010,Outlook and Email issues and configuration.
