Main Function:Lead the assigned diverse project/ production team to deliver project deliverables in order to maximize customers satisfaction in product, delivering financial results to meet company objectives & executing in a safely manner. Main Tasks:Project Planning and SchedulingEffectively plan, schedule, monitor and control activities necessary for predictable fulfillment of planned activities for the project with efficient utilization of available resources.Customer Satisfaction Management in ProjectsEstablish, maintain and improve Customer Satisfaction by setting expectations and providing the expected value in accordance with the contract.Project Finance and Cost ManagementMonitor and control project financials to maintain or improve contract margins, cash flow and cash generation.Legal and Contract Management for ProjectsUnderstand legal and contractual requirements to manage projects within given borders and to request legal support/clarification as needed.Project ReportingCommunicates appropriate information to customer and other stakeholders timely and to achieve desired understanding.Scope and Change Management for ProjectsManage scope including the collection and management of all project issues, whether just a question a change or a claim, with associated negotiations and approvals.Project Risk and Opportunity ManagementIdentify, contain and reduce risk, and ensure that all opportunities for Customer Satisfaction, Margin Improvement and/or Project Growth are captured and acted upon.Procurement Management for ProjectsSuccessfully obtain necessary services, materials and equipment from external and internal suppliers.Logistic Management for ProjectsSuccessfully obtain best services and forwarding rates from 3rd Party Logistic (3PL) provider and deliver the projects in accordance to contract INCOTERMS.
