I manage the mobilisation of two transportation ITS contracts, managing the entire ITS network of assets and the fibre network across Dublin city. I developed strategies and processes on how the contracts are executed throughout their lifecycle to optimize operational performance and minimize financial risks to the contracts. I have responsibility for customer service to the client, I present weekly and monthly reports derived from performance data to create visibility on progress for the clients. I ensure the maintenance teams deliver on the KPI’s set out within the Service Level Agreements set out in the contracts. I manage the business unit which includes finance, staff, and project management of work associated with upgrading the assets on the network for the relevant clients.

My current role is working within the SET projects east team on the City Centre resignaling Project. My current position is working within the project team ensuring the installation and testing of infrastructure assets to highest standards set out by Irish rail in accordance with railway safety standards. We ensure that tasks are completed ensuring the safety of employees ,contractors and customers are never compromised and timetables are never disrupted during the installation of assets.

My role involved overseeing the installation of the security infrastructure system in the data center and managing the security installation team. Some of the key responsibilities were managing staff and materials and ensuring the safety of each team member. Scheduling tasks and ensuring the high standard of work was maintained and communicating with senior management,key stakeholders and the project sponsor to ensure the project ran smooth and efficiently.

My role involved working in a Supervisor capacity and on site management of projects for Health service executive and Irish prison service.
